The Plaza Del Rio Campus in Peoria is the largest non-hospital medical campus in Arizona. Plaza del Rio includes an extensive variety of medical office, commercial office, retail, single-family residential, senior living and other uses in a variety of different architectural styles and construction types.
About The Project
The Plaza del Rio Campus is unique in that the campus is now home to 1,500 senior residents and includes the following various types of living options:

Plaza began its business by master planning its Peoria campus. Plaza Del Rio is the premier location in the Northwest Valley for medical practices and commercial offices. It is a diverse, mixed-use medical hub with approximately 500,000 square feet of office space.
It is uniquely located to serve Banner Thunderbird, Arrowhead Hospital and Banner Boswell Hospital, and is located just west of Loop 101 on Thunderbird Road, with high visibility in the communities of Peoria and Sun City.
